As a Cabin Technician, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a critical role in maintaining aircraft interiors, ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance at every stage.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain seats, panels, and all aircraft interior components under maintenance, including cleaning, inspection, and repair, in accordance with applicable AMMs
• Carry out all work in compliance with company, health, and safety regulations as well as airport procedures
• Maintain a FOD-free work area and ensure the bay is clean before and after tasks
• Prepare all required materials, parts, tools, and documentation at the beginning of each shift
• Return all unused serviceable and unserviceable items to stores with correct labeling
• Maintain equipment and premises in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition
• Ensure all items taken from stores are correctly labeled before being delivered to the aircraft
• Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with customers and colleagues
• Stay current on new Technical Notices, Quality Notices, and relevant updates
• Participate in required training programs to enhance skills and performance
• Ensure all work performed adheres to company procedures, regulations, and safety standards
• Follow the Safety & Quality Management Plan (SQMP) and actively contribute to workplace safety initiatives

Skills and Experience

• Completion of formal aircraft apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment
• At least 3 years of experience working specifically as a Cabin Technician
• Ability to interpret manufacturer drawings, SRMs, and AMMs accurately
• Must meet qualifying criteria for all required security clearances
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing maintenance and operational requirements
