Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructor

STS Aviation Services is hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructor to support training operations at our Melbourne, Florida facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring maintenance personnel receive accurate, compliant, and effective training aligned with regulatory and company standards.

Position Overview

The Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructor is responsible for delivering STS training courses and supporting the development, coordination, and execution of maintenance training programs. While instructional duties may be delegated to qualified individuals when necessary, the Training Instructor retains ultimate responsibility for course delivery, compliance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct STS aircraft maintenance training courses
• Assist with the development and continuous improvement of training materials
• Coordinate training efforts with outside training suppliers, including customers
• Ensure all required training is completed and documented for each employee
• Provide specialized training for personnel requiring specific qualifications
• Support the Training Coordinator with scheduling training courses and maintaining training calendars
• Assist in maintaining training records, files, and documentation to ensure compliance
• Help ensure company-wide adherence to training requirements and regulatory standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Training Manager
