Digital Solutions Architect

STS Technical Services is hiring a Digital Solutions Architect I in Melbourne, Florida to support and enhance MRO systems integration, analytics, and user functionality across our enterprise.

This hands-on role demands strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of MRO platforms such as Quantum Control or EmpowerMX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving digital systems, a procedural mindset, and a drive to continuously optimize tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer user access and manage roles across enterprise platforms
• Provide direct support to end-users, assisting with usage questions and help desk escalations
• Monitor system integrations and perform corrective actions as needed
• Manage and support the Management Component Control contract and digital environment
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend strategic solutions
• Establish and maintain policies, optimize tools, and coordinate with both internal and external partners
• Execute SOX controls and ensure compliance
• Assist in aligning systems functionality with business goals and user needs

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Quantum Control or EmpowerMX
• Proficient in Oracle SQL
• Familiar with Crystal Reports and Report Builder
• Solid understanding of inventory management principles
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, including AP, AR, and GL functions
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in systems, tools, and business processes
• Self-driven with initiative to improve system efficiency and user experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Prior exposure to SOX controls in a regulated environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
