Our Rincon, GA facility is looking for an experienced Distribution Inventory Specialist to provide inventory control support in the warehousing, receiving, shipping and cycle counting of all company products. This is a First Shift position working Monday-Friday. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Owns the entire life cycle of damaged, misplaced, or missing products..
• Uses WMS/ERP and Excel to sort through cycle count data.
• Investigates and analyzes inventory transactions and identifies causes of inventory inaccuracies. Ensures corrective measures to prevent discrepancies.
• Assists operations teams with discrepancies encountered during the shipping and receiving process; communicating discrepancies found to direct manager
• Completes all required paperwork in a legible and timely manner.
• Distributes putaway reports to cycle counters.
• Provides inventory training to new and existing operations staff.
• Contributes to the success of Pacific Cycle Inc. by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 2 years previous inventory control experience
• 1 year previous forklift experience.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate and work well with people of all levels.
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced environment.
• Warehouse Management Software and data entry experience.
• Must be able to work on warehouse floor 8-10 hours a day or more.
