Fiberglass Cutters

STS Technical Services is hiring Fiberglass Cutters in Jacksonville, Florida.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Employees are responsible for trimming and grinding all rough fiberglass and making necessary cuts and through holes for assembly installation.

• Effectively take templates and/or overlays and make necessary cut outs in the fiberglass part
• Use pneumatic hand tools to grind fiberglass parts.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and write.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some experience using pneumatic hand tools to grind.
• Ability to effectively use templates and overlays.
• Minimum 1 year experience cutting fiberglass required
• Must be able to wear a full body tyvek suit and respirator per OSHA standards
