STS Technical Services is hiring a Client Solutions Director to manage a blended team of business development managers, client solutions managers, and recruiters. Our team operates remotely, so this individual will be responsible for managing employee engagement among a team spread throughout the US.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership to the members of your team, and work alongside them to close clients on major program sales. You’ll work with your direct reports in sales to develop strategic plans for lead generation and acquisition, while simultaneously helping them lead the recruiters assigned to work on their clients’ jobs. You will coach and mentor both recruitment and sales staff reporting to you, working to knock down barriers between the two groups. Most importantly, you will have an active hand in shaping the strategy for this division of STS Aviation Group!
We Are Looking for Someone:
With five or more years of experience managing national-level clients for a staffing or other talent acquisition services provider, in addition to the following:
- Proven ability to close sales with major regional and national clients;
- History of managing large-scale client relationships, interfacing with a variety of decision-makers across the client organization;
- Experience developing both sales and recruiting staff, ideally within a split-desk staffing or executive search organization;
- Experience working to fill positions for customers in heavy industrial, durable good, military supply, or power equipment manufacturing;
