Business Analysts

STS Technical Services is hiring Business Analysts in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.

Position Overview:

This position will assist Supplier Performance Management Team as needed manage supplier capacity forms/reporting Support data exchange between department support and schedule Program Meetings weekly communication/collaboration with cross-functional team members from Engineering Marketing Finance Manufacturing Packaging Purchasing and Data Management generate metrics/reports using Microsoft tools i.e. PowerBI macros Pivot Tables Filters Vlookup graphs embedded tables such as: Risk and issue management Supplier Performance System compliance maintain file sharing structure maintenance and user access Help support special events or special assignments as requested

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented
• Able to interpret Bills of Materials
• Good problem solving skills
• Advanced analytical skills
• Ability to audit data across multiple systems to ensure alignment
• Communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and managing multiple stakeholders at multiple facilities
• Project Management experience
• Self-motivated and technical experience with advanced skills in Excel Access and/or PowerBI.
