STS Technical Services is hiring Customer Support Representatives in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone call inquiries.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain support for the Flight Attendant Virtual Support Center.
  • To issue loaner devices (to avoid departure delays), troubleshoot operating system and application issues, track and document device compliance and provide in-the-moment support from a myriad of categories – to our 22K flight attendants.

Qualifications:

  • Must be COVID-19 vaccinated, have 1st COVID-19 vaccination shot or willing to take COVID-19 vaccination.
  • SIDA badge required.
