Field Service Representatives

STS Technical Services is hiring Field Service Representatives in Fort Cavazos, Texas.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, documenting problems, and providing effective solutions to customers. Additionally, you will assist in project planning, system analysis, product assembly, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues efficiently.
• Document problems and create clear procedures for corrective actions.
• Assist in project planning, including personnel and equipment scheduling.
• Contribute to system analysis and recommend design changes.
• Assemble, install, test, maintain, and repair products to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in resolving sensitive field service issues and conflicts.
• Support pre-overhaul inspections and prepare discrepancy reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and management.
• Maintain configuration control databases and manage logistical tasks.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in general mechanics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail in assembly and maintenance tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with heavy equipment mechanics, preferably Bradley Fighting Vehicles.

Experience:

• General mechanic skills.
• Preferred: Experience in Bradley Fighting Vehicle maintenance.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
