Field Service Representatives

STS Technical Services is hiring Field Service Representatives in Yuma, Arizona.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable Field Service Representative/Engineer to support the Prototype M88A3 Single Recovery Vehicle system. Your role will be instrumental in providing technical expertise during shake down testing, U.S. Government testing, and Log demo testing at the Yuma Proving Ground test site. The primary work location is in Arizona, with potential for short-notice travel to various locations throughout the US and Overseas

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the M88A2 HERCULES vehicle at an advanced level.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Yuma Proving Ground test site and its testing requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with USG test site management and BAE Systems test management team.
• Ensure safety during all equipment operations and address safety issues proactively.
• Uphold site safety protocols and procedures diligently.
• Maintain strict accountability of equipment, tools, and materials related to U.S. Government testing.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining the M88A2 HERCULES vehicle.
• Familiarity with Yuma Proving Ground test site and its operational demands.
• Effective collaboration skills with both USG test site management
• Strong commitment to safety practices, identifying concerns, and implementing precautions.

Experience:

• Essential: 8 – 10 years of experience working with the M88A2 platform.
• Proven track record of recognizing safety issues during equipment operations.
• Adherence to site safety requirements and protocols.
• Demonstrated accountability for equipment and materials in U.S. Government testing environments.

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate degree in general studies or Applied Science.
