STS Technical Services is hiring LiveWire Support Specialists in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- We are looking for a Dealer/Customer Advocate to join our LiveWire Service Team and serve as a frontline representative to our customers and LiveWire dealer network.
- The Dealer/Customer Advocate works as an integral part of the Livewire Service Team to field calls and responds to inquiries across various channels of communication.
- This involves responding to a variety of dealer inquiries, making some decisions without established resolution methods and working with multiple areas LiveWire to assure resolution of routine and non-routine issues and inquiries.
- The Dealer/Customer Advocate provides knowledge and support on varied topics, including Vehicle, Parts & Accessories, General Merchandise, Order Management, the Livewire Website and mobile App, and other Livewire programs and procedures.
- Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work a flexible shift including evenings and Saturdays and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
