Operations Analysts (Remote Work)

STS Technical Services is hiring Operations Analysts for a remote-work opportunity.

Position Overview:

Support the overall performance of the digital growth team with a focus on process execution education change management and communication. You will be responsible for the on/off-boarding process process improvements technical tools administration support for source-to-pay processes and systems and provide other financial product KPIs scorecards and presentation gathering and communication assistance. This role works closely with the directors of the digital growth team functions including Experience and Design Product Management Software Engineering Growth Hacking and Operations Management additionally Digital Office Finance Source-to-Pay and external suppliers. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to enable process adoption and understanding within the team to drive Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Create and maintain process flows and documentation
• Provide administration for Figma tool including monthly user audits
• On-board new hires and contract resources to team
• Initial help-chain for all how-to where-do questions
• Support team by creating contract and new supplier requests when needed
• Handle onboarding/offboarding activities for new hires and contractors
• Manage open requests with supporting stakeholders to drive quick closure
• Maintain team member information such as org charts bios and anniversary dates
• Support digital growth team performing ad-hoc tasks
• Adapt to changing business needs in a face-paced environment
• Monitor digital growth operational KPIs

• Solid skill-set with Microsoft Teams Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
