Process Improvement Specialists

STS Technical Services is hiring Process Improvement Specialists in Orlando, Florida. 

Job Summary:

• Analyze current processes in Technical Operations for inefficiencies and assist in developing, documenting, & implementing improvements.
• Reviews and analyzes procedures and works with stakeholders to make improvements following the Tech Standards process flow.
• Soft skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, leadership and communication
• Experience in preparing instruction manuals and Standard Operating Procedures to communicate complex and technical information
• Working knowledge of areas within Technical Operations
• Working knowledge of Part 121 Federal Aviation Regulations
• Knowledge of external agencies and their function as it related to Tech Ops (i.e., FAA, DOT)
