STS Component Solutions is hiring Regional Sales Managers in Palm City, Florida.

Educational Background/Experience:

  • High School Diploma and College Degree Preferred BS/BA with related aviation component sales experience and established network within the industry.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Good understanding of Commercial Aviation Aftermarket, OEM Products and brokering of aircraft and engine components.
  • Existing contacts and customer base for MRO & Airline accounts
  • Good Technical understanding of IPC’s and aircraft applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations and business decisions
  • Highly motivated and self driven
  • Results Oriented

Nature of Work:

  • Work closely with Customer Support and OEM Product Development in providing solutions and developing programs, proposals and contracts.
  • Identify new opportunities and market the products and services of STS Component Solutions.

Classification:

  • Exempt Salaried – Full Time Regular: All other salaried employees (except non-exempt salaried and officers/executives) not subject to the overtime pay provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

General Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities and market the products and services of STS Component Solutions to assigned accounts of region.
  • Work closely with Customer Support and OEM Product Development in providing solutions to airlines and MRO’s.
  • Implement OEM Marketing campaigns and provide market intelligence on assigned accounts and targets
  • Identify and recommend products that should be strategically supported by STSCS
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to record all marketing and sales activities for assigned accounts and targets.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business forecasts and budgets.
  • Achieve established growth targets and goals for assigned customers and targets.
  • Business travel required as needed.
  • Insure that all communication regarding OEM product line customer feedback is accurately logged into CRM (Salesforce) and communicated to the Product Development team.
  • Achieve established growth targets and goals for assigned customers and targets.
  • Identify new areas of business for other divisions of STS Aviation Group.
  • Execute Marketing and Sales Plan on new OEM Products and insure that all timelines are met.
  • Develop weekly goals and tasks that are focused on revenue generating and marketing activities.
  • Create action plans to actively pursue the targets identified.
  • Focus on establishing new business with targeted customers for (both existing and new customers).
  • Focus on expanding existing business from all existing customers.
  • Generate and present quarterly business reviews on assigned accounts to be presented to executive management.
  • Establish new global customer targets for both OEM product lines and Non-Dist stock inventory.
  • Execute identified strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue and growth for STSCS.
  • Establish new business with MRO & Airlines customers outside the current customer base.
