STS Technical Services is hiring Riding Academy Support Specialists for Harley-Davidson in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Position Summary:

The Harley-Davidson Riding Academy Support Specialist is a Project Manager position that supports dealer network, field personnel, and internal teams by overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily with dealers to support rider training program management leading to high quality customer experiences
  • Integration with Field Sales Managers and Dealer Operations Consultants as needed to assist dealers in improving their Riding Academy business
  • On-boarding and day to day consultation with dealers to improve their business through education and tool usage
  • Guide dealers from implementation to execution of new and existing programs
  • Weekend program support of high priority issues, and as business needs require
  • Work cross functionally with HDRA project team to optimize program efficiency.
  • Identify tools and assets that will result in improved dealership performance
  • Integrate data from relevant sources to identify challenges, opportunities, and implications for achieving H-D business goals.
  • Develop clear and concise communications related to insights and implications related to Harley-Davidson products, services, and experiences.
  • Although this position will not have responsibility for direct reports, strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills are required to lead a cross-functional team without direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Submits periodic team progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers
  • Administrative support of projects and programs: leading weekly meetings to track and report team progress, and providing structured team tracking tools
  • Ensures corporate processes and valued behaviors are followed

Education Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • This position requires 3 to 5 years of project management experience leading medium to large scale projects. Project Management certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents, and plans
  • Facilitation and analytical skills – ability to understand, align and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Ability to deliver results on time, on budget, and to the very highest standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Action and result oriented mindset
  • Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Willingness to take on project ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
