STS Aviation Services is hiring Safety & Compliance Administration Assistants in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

Position Overview:

We are looking for Safety and Compliance Administration Assistants to be based from our Birmingham Site. The successful candidates will provide administrative support to a team that has responsibility for the areas of Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and regulatory Compliance.  Having previous administrative experience, ideally within a safety and compliance environment or an interest in this area, the role holders will provide administrative support to all STS Aviation Services UK Ltd sites with regard to Safety and Compliance.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertake administrative tasks relating to our operational management system, including; tasks such as creation of account log on’s, sending invite emails to undertake tasks in the system,  uploading staff training certificates and password resets.
  • Uploading of documentation and workflow management to systems.
  • Undertake administrative tasks relating to approval certificate management.
  • Responsible for upload of forms and procedures along with any associated amendments.
  • Attend compliance meetings to document minutes.
  • Schedule approval boards.
  • Manage compliance team diary.
  • Support with travel and hotel arrangements for the safety and compliance team.
  • Support staff approval authorisation pre-screening.
  • Support with the collation of KPI information.
  • Administer and maintain compliance registers.
  • Compile data for Management Safety review meetings.
  • Manage the weekly safety and compliance meeting minutes and action register.

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience of using Centrik advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confidential in approach.
  • Verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work in, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  •  Ability to work as part of a team to complete tasks and implement process improvements
