STS Technical Services is hiring Sales Managers in Reno, Nevada.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced sales manager, with entrepreneurial drive and proven track record in sales in the aviation/aerospace industry to join us in Reno, Nevada. You will be responsible to lead and build on an established sales team with good track record in achieving monthly sales goals. You will serve as link between sales, operations, marketing, business development and leadership. You will monitor sales reports to monitor selling activities and profitability. You will assess customer sales related issues and develop resolutions to meet customers satisfaction goals. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring sales progress and methods to identify improvement opportunities. You will demonstrate the ability to understand and act upon customer needs, market dynamic cycles, and business growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Must have Aerospace Experience
  • Significant experience in the aviation/aerospace industry (5 – 10 years or greater)
  • Previous experience in managing a sales team
  • Considerable experience in implementing sales process best practices to deliver world-class customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver
  • Effective coach and mentor
  • Dependable team player, with conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to train others
  • Ability to direct, energize and motivate the sales team
  • Embraces change; accepts and gives appreciative and constructive feedback
  • Ability to make quick decisions; not afraid to make difficult decisions
  • Must be effective and organized communicator
  • Ability to prepare internal sales presentation, reports, briefings on pipeline analytics
  • Conduct sales management meeting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Experience in Quantum, inventory database is a plus but not required
