STS Technical Services is hiring Sales Program Managers in Dodge Center, Minnesota.

Position Overview:

This is a full-time, direct-hire role with Oshkosh Commercial, a segment of Oshkosh Corporation, which is a Fortune 350, multi-billion dollar company. At Oshkosh Corporation, they are dedicated to designing and building the world’s toughest specialty trucks and truck bodies and access equipment by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the people who use them.

Job Duties: 

  • Lead and execute stock, dealer partner, customer ready truck, and demo programs.
  • Partner with sales to develop and manage stock, dealer partner, ready truck, and demo truck requirements.
  • Partner with marketing and engineering to develop and manage pilot and show truck requirements.
  • Work as the connection from sales operations to scheduling to assist with slot management and to ensure inventory levels are supporting the needs of the programs.
  • Work with GPSC to coordinate customer purchased and McNeilus purchased chassis for slot management.
  • Assist sales operations as needed to support fleet accounts.
  • Work with sales management to support contract starts.
  • Understand and develop plans to react to market, customer, and supplier needs.
  • Develop and support sales programs to meet financial targets.
  • Work directly with sales and support teams on all initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Lean and Six Sigma experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field
  • PMP certification
