STS Technical Services is hiring a Marketing Support Specialist to provide global administrative support to the Director of Marketing, CRM & CX, and the entire Marketing department. This role involves managing reports, analyzing market data, handling purchasing and inventory, and supporting various marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide global administrative support to the Marketing leadership team, including T&E expense management.
- Coordinate purchasing, vendor sourcing, and management in partnership with Procurement.
- Support marketing team with mailing efforts for campaigns and events.
- Manage local inventory of giveaways and collateral materials.
- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) efforts to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Manage the department budget and reconcile finances and invoices monthly.
- Generate reports to analyze marketing performance and other market data.
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product Strategy, and Finance.
- Plan and manage internal department meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative, Sales, or Marketing role.
- Skills:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex processes effectively.
- High personal integrity and ability to inspire trust.
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent thinker.
- Able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Experience providing administrative support to senior leadership.
- Analytical skills to generate and interpret marketing performance reports.
- Must work independently with little supervision.
Working Conditions:
- Must adhere to all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, and FAA regulations.
- Subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations.
- Some travel required to support sales events.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
