STS Technical Services is seeking a Material Handler to join our team in Dodge Center, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting internal and external customers by accurately handling the receiving, stocking, delivery, and shipment of materials. This role involves operating material support equipment and performing material handling functions to ensure smooth operations within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently locate, pull, and deliver materials as listed on production and sales orders to ensure inventory levels are maintained in assigned production areas.
- Verify parts and quantities with accuracy, and complete Bills of Lading (BOLs) for receiving and shipping materials.
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, Combi, Lancer, and Tugger at the assigned facility.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and following 6S standards.
- Ensure compliance with all operational safety procedures while handling and transporting materials.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) year or more of experience in a warehouse, inventory management, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating forklifts and tuggers for safe and efficient material handling.
