Designer (Part-Time Support Role)

STS Technical Services is hiring a Designer (Part-Time Support Role) in Melbourne, FL. This role supports design and office functions to maintain organization and efficiency for the team. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory/Library Support:

• Track and manage veneer sample inventory, reordering when necessary.
• Keep showrooms, working areas, and archive rooms organized.
• Restock and organize materials in the library.
• Place sample requests as needed and maintain commonly used materials.

Office General Support:

• Ensure mailing materials are stocked and organized.
• Coordinate with the admin team for office material orders.
• Prepare packages for shipment and create FedEx labels.
• Retrieve and manage mail from reception and logistics.

Customer Support:

• Assist designers during specification sessions.
• Prepare and ship color boards and sample approvals to customers.
• Assist with customer gift boxes.
• Archive documents and materials related to delivered aircraft.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with inventory management is a plus.
