Eligibility

Applicants must be citizens of the United Kingdom or currently hold valid authorization to work in the UK, with at least two years remaining until expiration.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintenance, repair and overhaul of customer aircraft to include all forms of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and certification of maintenance within the scope of company approvals
  • Provide leadership and supervision of aircraft mechanics and support staff, leading the standards of maintenance execution by example
  • Ensure aircraft maintenance activity is performed in a timely and efficient manner to customer satisfaction for on time performance and technical dispatch reliability

Skills and Experience

  • Part 66 CAA License, B1
  • Current CAA Type Certification in the following aircraft: 737 NG, 737 MAX and Airbus A320
  • Previous base maintenance experience
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and be flexible to meet changing working requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications

About the Role: We are currently recruiting B1 Licensed Engineers to join our Manchester Site Both permanent and contract positions are available. Ideal candidates should have experience with the following type ratings:

  • Boeing 777 – Required
  • Airbus A319, A320, A321, A330 are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of customer aircraft, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Certify maintenance within the scope of company approvals.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to aircraft mechanics and support staff, ensuring high standards of maintenance execution.
  • Ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities, meeting on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability to exceed customer expectations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Part 66 CAA License, B1/B2 (essential).
  • Current CAA 777 Type Certification
  • Previous experience in Base Maintenance.
  • Must be adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving License (essential).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
