• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

STS Technical Services is hiring Assemblers in Bedford, Pennsylvania for a long-term, direct hire opportunity with a respected manufacturing company. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assemble truck components, subassemblies, and accessories
• Install parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics using power tools and hand techniques
• Operate torch, plasma cutter, or grinder to shape and cut parts
• Follow detailed verbal and written instructions
• Use templates or measurements to position parts accurately
• Drill holes and lift/stack components (up to 40 lbs solo, 80 lbs team lift)
• Rotate between different assembly areas based on production needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work overtime and weekends when required

What You’ll Need:

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or general labor role

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in assembly or mechanical trades

Training Requirements:

• On-the-job training provided

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble components and subassemblies to produce completed parts
• Use power equipment and manual tools to install wires, hoses, hydraulics, and accessories
• Drill, cut, shape, and position parts using templates and measurements
• Install decals, lights, cameras, and other vehicle features
• Stack and lift parts and assemblies up to 40 lbs (team lift up to 80 lbs)
• Work across multiple assembly stations as needed to meet production demands
• Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
• Maintain quality standards through careful inspection and execution
• Keep the work area clean and safe, adhering to all company procedures and regulations
• Work overtime and weekends as needed

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing or general labor role

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in assembly or a mechanical occupation

Training Provided

• On-the-job training offered to help you get up to speed quickly
