Regional Training and Compliance Coordinator Jobs

STS Technical Services is seeking a Regional Training and Compliance Coordinator to support Airport Customer Service operations across multiple stations. This role sits at the intersection of training, auditing, and operational performance.

You will travel, evaluate, coach, and report. The goal is simple. Keep stations compliant. Keep teams aligned. Raise the standard everywhere you go.

If you have airline experience and know how to spot gaps, communicate clearly, and drive improvement without slowing operations, this role fits.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support station leadership in maintaining accurate training and compliance records
  • Conduct station audits to ensure adherence to:
    • Federal Aviation Regulations
    • DOT and NTSB requirements
    • Internal policies and procedures
  • Provide real-time coaching and training to frontline employees during audits
  • Communicate findings, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership teams
  • Prepare and present post-audit reports with clear, actionable insights
  • Identify compliance gaps and implement mitigation strategies
  • Assist with new station openings, transitions, and operational rollouts
  • Support broader Airport Customer Service initiatives and performance improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Airline operations
    • Training and development
    • Compliance or auditing
  • Prior airline experience required
  • Experience with systems such as Navitaire, NetTracer, DocuNet, Schoox, or similar platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High attention to detail with reporting and documentation

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Solid analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams

Work Environment

  • Combination of office and field-based work, including outdoor airport environments
  • Frequent travel required, approximately 75%
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
