STS Technical Services is seeking a Business Analyst I to support reporting, data analysis, and process automation initiatives in Melbourne, Florida. This role focuses on transforming operational data into actionable insights while improving efficiency through Microsoft 365 tools, dashboards, and automated workflows.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and manipulate data using advanced Excel functions including XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Power Query
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and operational trends
- Build and improve automated workflows using Power Automate
- Clean, validate, and structure datasets to ensure reporting accuracy
- Connect and integrate data across Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI platforms
- Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support reporting and analytics activities across business operations
Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, data cleaning, and PivotTables
- Working knowledge of Power BI including dashboards, basic DAX, and data modeling
- Basic experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to work independently
