STS Technical Services is hiring Customer Service Representative III professionals in Atlanta, Georgia. This role supports Delta’s Inflight Services team by serving as a primary point of contact for employees, customers and internal departments.

This position is ideal for an experienced customer service professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment, troubleshooting ability and the confidence to manage sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative III is responsible for handling inbound telephone and email inquiries, researching and resolving concerns, providing troubleshooting assistance and helping ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal departments, document interactions, follow company procedures and support timely issue resolution for employees, customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer and employee concerns
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records within company systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service-related issues
  • Promote customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and follow-up
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer, employee and internal department concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of customer service, support or related experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
  • Experience with customer service software systems preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Travel Requirement

  • Up to 10 percent travel as needed
