Position Summary:

STS Line Maintenance is hiring A&P Mechanics in Mesa, Arizona. This role offers an incredible opportunity to grow your career with one of the largest line maintenance support providers in the US. The A&P Maintenance Technician will support the daily maintenance operations of our customers, ensuring aircraft are maintained to airworthiness standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft airframes and engines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and integrity.
• Follow maintenance manuals, schematics, and other technical documentation.
• Work on B737NG/MAX, A-320 family, E-145/170/175 aircraft.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work in close partnership with Airlines, Flight Crew, and Maintenance Controllers.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work environment.

Requirements:

• Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P).
• Recent A&P experience on turbine-powered aircraft is a plus.
• Own standard line maintenance tools (calibrated and specialty tools provided).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stairs.
• Must pass a background check/drug & alcohol test and Customs & Border Patrol Clearance.
• Basic to mid-level computer skills.
• Part 145 repair station or Part 135 experience is highly desired.
• Inspection Authorization (IA) License is a plus.

Rate of Pay:

• $30 to $38 per hour, based on experience and training.
• Yearly raises available upon evaluation.

Benefits:

• Full-time employees receive PTO, health insurance, and 401K. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits.
