STS Aviation Services is hiring B1 Aircraft Mechanics in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Position Summary:
STS Aviation Services are rapidly growing, and we are looking for six experienced B1 Aircraft Mechanics to be part of our journey as the leading UK MRO. If you want to be part of the next chapter of our journey playing a key role at our Manchester Hangar then we’d love to hear from you.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, repair and overhaul of customer’s aircraft to include all forms of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Follow both STS and Customer specific interface processes, recording of all maintenance activity performed and ensuring all man-hour bookings are accurate and timely.
- Executing the highest levels of maintenance standards and ensuring the aircraft maintenance activity is performed in a timely and efficient manner to customer’s full satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standard of safety and cleanliness, complying with all company procedures and policies.
- Fully comply with the minimum requirements for Health & Safety in the work place and COSHH regulations
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years aircraft experience
- Previous live aircraft mechanical experience
- Good knowledge of Aircraft systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
