STS Technical Services is hiring Field Service Representatives in York, Pennsylvania.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide comprehensive Field Support on M88A2 Recovery or M109A6/7 Artillery platforms within our Field Service Department. The ideal candidate will be based in York, PA, with an expectation to travel both CONUS and OCONUS as project requirements dictate.
What you will do:
- Proficient in providing Field Service Support on the M88/A2 HERCULES recovery or M109A6/7 artillery Platform.
- Understanding of technical data for operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Ability to interact positively with both internal and external customers.
- Capable of working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Competent in using computer-based programs for data input, report generation, and information presentation.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
- Capacity to follow managerial direction, organize, and prioritize work schedules on both short and long-term bases.
- Adherence to all Company ethical, safety, and behavioral policies.
What you need:
- Four plus years of related experience performing maintenance on Tracked Combat Vehicles for the US Army and/or Marine Corps.
- Prior Military Service is a plus but not a requirement.
- Honesty, ethics, and dedication are paramount.
- Extensive experience operating and maintaining M88A2 HERCULES or M109A6/7 vehicles.
- Proficiency in computer-based programs required for reports, training, and data collection.
Education Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of College studies preferred but not required.
- Honorable discharge if a prior military servicemember.
