Talent Acquisition Coordinator Jobs

STS Technical Services is hiring an HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator in York, Pennsylvania. This role supports the company’s Talent Acquisition strategy by working directly with internal recruiters and helping manage the full-cycle recruitment process.

This position is critical to creating a strong candidate experience. The HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support recruiting workflows, coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage sensitive candidate information and assist with recruiting and hiring needs across the organization.

Position Overview

The HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with internal recruiters, team members and business partners to support recruitment activity from start to finish. This position requires strong organization, professionalism, confidentiality and the ability to manage recruiting processes in a way that keeps candidates informed and hiring teams supported.

This role may also serve as an additional recruiter when needed. Some remote work may be available, but candidates should be flexible and willing to support on-site needs as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Work with internal recruiters to support full-cycle recruitment
  • Help manage recruiting processes to ensure a superior candidate experience
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Support team members and partners with recruiting and hiring needs
  • Process, enter and manage sensitive candidate information
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling candidate and recruiting data
  • Serve as an additional recruiter as needed
  • Flex between remote work and site support based on business needs

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Some remote work may be available
  • Must be flexible to support work and site needs as required

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources or administrative hiring processes preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with internal recruiters, team members and business partners
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail when processing and entering candidate information
  • Ability to support a positive candidate experience
  • Flexibility to assist with recruiting activity as needed

Authorization

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
