JLTV A2 Production Support

STS Technical Services is hiring JLTV A2 Production Support Technicians in South Bend, Indiana.

Hiring Note: All candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States.

Position Summary

STS Technical Services is seeking experienced JLTV A2 Production Support Technicians to support defense vehicle operations in South Bend, Indiana. This role is built for professionals who understand light tactical vehicles, can diagnose and repair complex systems, and work directly with customers to keep equipment mission-ready.

You will operate at the intersection of field service, training, and support, ensuring vehicles are maintained correctly while helping operators and maintainers improve performance in real-world environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service defense light wheeled vehicles, including JLTV platforms
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to expedite service and parts support
• Anticipate customer needs and support updates to maintenance operations and training curriculum
• Provide instruction to operators and maintainers on proper vehicle operation and maintenance procedures
• Execute domestic and international field service support activities
• Support defense warranty administration processes

Qualifications

• Prior experience working on JLTV A0 or A1 platforms required
• Ability to obtain a minimum NACI level security clearance
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Degree in vehicle service repair, heavy equipment, or diesel technology preferred
