Modification Installer (Amphibious Combat Vehicles)

We are actively seeking a Modification Installer for Amphibious Combat Vehicles in Camp Pendleton California, focusing on fielded US Marine Corps equipment. This role is based within dynamic field environments where precision and teamwork are key.

Position Description:

The Modification Installer will primarily install modifications on Amphibious Combat Vehicles used by the US Marine Corps. This hands-on role involves collaborating closely with field service representatives and Marine Corps unit personnel to identify parts, perform maintenance, and execute repairs with minimal disruption to unit operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside field service teams to install modifications on Amphibious Combat Vehicles.
• Assist with parts identification, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Interact with military personnel, fostering strong relationships and facilitating smooth operations.
• Engage in physical activities including climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Ability to read and precisely follow instructions.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and maintaining strict safety protocols.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Professional demeanor in presenting self and the company’s products/services.

Skills Preferred:

• Experience with equipment modification installations.
• Understanding of military procedures and protocols.

Experience Required:

• Basic mechanical aptitude with a proven ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

Experience Preferred:

• Previous role in a similar capacity, particularly within the military or defense sector.

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
