STS Aviation Services is hiring a Kitting Coordinator in Saudi Arabia. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract supporting aircraft maintenance operations within a professional MRO environment.
The Kitting Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring maintenance teams have the right materials, components, tools and aircraft maintenance kits available when needed. This role supports the efficient preparation, control, storage, verification and issue of parts and kits in accordance with approved procedures, regulatory requirements and company standards.

Position Summary
The Kitting Coordinator is responsible for supporting aircraft maintenance activity through the accurate management and control of materials, components, tools and kits. Working within an MRO environment, this role ensures all materials are received, stored, prepared and issued in line with MOE requirements, aviation regulations and STS Aviation Services procedures.
This position is ideal for an experienced logistics or materials professional with aviation maintenance or MRO experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to support urgent operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure all material receiving is carried out in full accordance with procedures outlined in the MOE
- Ensure kits and components used in the hangar are correctly batched and held in approved stores
- Perform all duties in line with applicable regulatory and company requirements
- Maintain general housekeeping and safety standards
- Prepare and verify parts, consumables and kits for the shop floor
- Check prepared materials against the relevant Kit BOM
- Promptly report discrepancies, shortages or material concerns
- Provide logistics support for urgent and high-priority requirements
- Assist management with additional functions as needed
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities
- Ensure all required documentation and procedures are followed before placing orders
- Ensure all tools are maintained in calibrated status and good working condition
Skills and Experience
- Proven working experience within a logistics environment
- Aviation maintenance or MRO operations experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance frameworks, including EASA Part-145 and MOE requirements
- Proficiency with standard logistics and inventory management software
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Methodical approach to checking kits, components and documentation for accuracy
- Ability to support materials, tooling and procurement requirements in an aircraft maintenance environment
