Position Overview

The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring material flows smoothly through all stages of operations. This role directly supports machinists and production teams by keeping equipment supplied, organized, and ready to run.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Moving parts in a timely and safe fashion to machines, shipping, inspection or storage with the proper documentation.
  • Crane and forklift certification required
  • Transferring data to other paperwork as necessary with accuracy (move tickets)
  • Pull hoppers from the machines and empty into the proper chip containers based on material grade.
  • Maintain machines with proper fluid levels.
  • Assist Maintenance in performing preventative maintenance, moving machines, disassembling machines and assembly of machines.
  • Fixture and tooling to be stocked and in proper location
  • Oil and coolant area clean and organized
  • Un-used tooling to be returned to tool crib location, used inserts removed from work bench and put in recycle bin.
  • Floor and parking lot cleaned to reduce chips in main areas
  • Machines not running can be cleaned and wiped down.
  • Garbage and un-usable wood skids removed.
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of related experience. This position requires current Fork Truck Certification. CDL preferred or willing to obtain.
  • Skills and competencies: The Material Mover shall have a certified forklift license. Person must be a responsible individual with organization skills to ensure proper location of product with a strong attention to detail.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician II to support facility operations by maximizing equipment uptime. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to continuous improvement across the shop floor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively participate as part of the maintenance team in the efforts to increase runtime of the entire facility by the following methods:
  • Support day to day production requirements to maintain machinery running and producing parts in constant supply.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology preferred.
  • Experience and/or Training: Requires a broad knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance. 8+ year of experience in a variety of maintenance trades

  • Operate multiple machines within a production cell

Required Qualifications

Level I:

  • High school diploma required; CNC Technical Diploma preferred
  • Up to 1 year of machining experience
  • Basic computer skills

Level II:

  • High school diploma required; CNC Technical Diploma preferred
  • 2+ years of machining experience
  • Familiarity with CNC tools, software, and machine offsets

Level III & IV:

  • High school diploma required; CNC Technical Diploma preferred
  • 5+ years of machining experience, including programming and advanced setups
  • Ability to independently set up, program, and troubleshoot machines

Skills & Competencies

  • Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T (higher levels)

Position Summary:

As a part of our engineering services team, you will perform electrical design, technical analysis and resolution of engineering problems for clients, with focused consideration of manufacturing feasibility, cost, and operation. Supervisory/Responsibility:

  • Role reports to Engineering Supervisor, Engineering Manager, or Principal Electrical Engineer; this position does not directly supervise other employees

Work Environment:

This is an office position associated with a manufacturing facility.  Although the employee may spend a portion of his/her time in the office area, the employee’s essential job duties also require the employee to spend a portion of his/her time in the manufacturing area.  The employee must be able to correctly wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the employer when in the manufacturing area.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the constant use of standard office equipment; visual and mental focus; light lifting may be required in order to inspect goods; regular travel is expected.

Position Type:

This is a direct-hire, full-time position, and a regular workweek may require extended days and hours as required to meet business needs.
