Position Overview:

The Aircraft Painter is in charge of aircraft and its sub assemblies painting and sealing process including surface preparation, masking, and chemicals handling.  May include limited duties of paint and sealant application.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare surfaces to be painted or sealed as requested by the working instructions using abrasives, solvents, and brushes.
  • Installs masking for strips or other aircraft painting detail.
  • May perform sealant application assuring compliance with technical and quality requirements.
  • May assist with application or installation of logos, symbols, or designs on painted surfaces, according to blueprint specifications, using measuring instruments, stencils, and patterns.
  • Ensures the use of appropriate technical references and tools in performing paint and sealing duties.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of all currently used painting or sealing equipment.
  • Sets up ladders, and scaffolding according to regulations and aircraft requirement.
  • Ensures all Federal and local environmental and OSHA/TOSHA regulations are complied with.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Generally 1-3 years of related and recent experience in aeronautical environment.
  • High School or GED familiar
  • Knowledge of preparation and painting of aircraft, support equipment, and allied components.
  • Safety procedures for Chemicals handling.
  • Knowledge of blueprints and painting diagrams.
  • Strong ability on paint spraying
  • Understand technical management and quality assurance procedures.
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State, and Federal regulations.
  • Must be able to be respirator qualified.

Position Summary

The Operations Concierge I is a trusted, autonomous professional responsible for the day to day operational readiness, property presentation, and customer-facing support of the Customer Center environment.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Experience Support:

  • Support customer activities and events through room setup, breakdowns, logistics support, and materials readiness.
  • Assist with customer departure support, including kits, gifts, meals, and materials.
  • Serve as a frontline representative during customer and leadership interactions, ensuring professionalism, discretion, and safety at all times.
  • Independently support customer logistics and on-site needs, applying judgment to resolve issues in real time.
  • Safely and professionally transport customers and senior leaders when required, exercising discretion and situational awareness, including during non-standard hours.

Property Presentation and Operational Readiness:

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of Customer Center buildings to assess cleanliness, maintenance conditions, and presentation against defined standards.
  • Identify gaps, document findings, and initiate service tickets with clear descriptions and follow-up.
  • Ensure assigned areas remain consistently customer-ready, anticipating upcoming activity and adjusting priorities accordingly.

Facilities and Janitorial Coordination:

  • Coordinate directly with Facilities and Janitorial teams to address maintenance and cleanliness needs within assigned scope.
  • Provide clear, respectful feedback to technical partners regarding observed gaps or required adjustments.
  • Monitor completion of work and validate outcomes against expected standards.

Fleet and Asset Support:

  • Support the upkeep and readiness of the Customer Center fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, compliant, and customer-ready.
  • Track assets, assist with inventory audits, and support transfers, installations, and disposals under established procedures.

Storage and Organization:

  • Apply Embraer P3E and 5S methodologies across storage and supply areas.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on forecasting of receivables to validate storage needs against available space.
  • Plan, mobilize, and organize storage areas effectively.
  • Lead quarterly organization rallies and coordinate efforts with facilities and focal points.
  • Ensure supply areas follow company 5S standards.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities or Property Management, Operations Management, or related fields preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications or technical training in facilities, hospitality, or operations are preferred.

Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in facilities coordination, property operations, hospitality, luxury environments, or similar operational settings.
  • Demonstrated experience working in high-visibility environments where cleanliness, presentation, safety, and customer interaction are critical.
  • Experience coordinating with technical partners such as Facilities, Janitorial teams, and vendors, with the ability to follow through independently.
  • Proven ability to operate with low supervision while managing multiple hands-on responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to independently assess conditions, identify gaps, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Position Overview:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on interior assemblies and subassemblies such as seats, cabinets, panels, partitions, divan, and In-flight entertainment equipment.
  • Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
  • Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed while following appropriate clean-as-you go shop practices.
  • May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
  • May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions
  • Follows approved assembly procedures for component or aircraft structures, consulting internal procedures that have been FAA approved, original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) technical data, and work package instructions.
  • Positions and aligns subassemblies in jigs or fixtures, using measuring instruments, following blueprint lines and index points.
  • Inspects completed work to identify any needed rework before signing off; ensures that repaired components meet prescribed standards and tolerances.
  • Performs serviceability tests utilizing test equipment specified in technical manuals.
  • Completes work package documentation per FAA and/or repair station manual.
  • Submits completed work to Quality Assurance for final/in progress inspection and certification of airworthiness.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School/ GED
  • A&P and mechanical / electrical experience a plus
  • Structures experience a plus.

Experience:

  • Generally 1-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
  • Requiring Basic Skills to perform basic tasks within the Technical Area assigned to in area of responsibility with assembly, mechanical, electrical or aircraft structures as well as able to use all tech data and aircraft drawings to locate part numbers and accomplish repairs.

Position Summary

The Aircraft Production Control Supervisor reports directly to the Manager of Planning and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Production Control system. This position plays a key role in coordinating maintenance planning, material availability, and manpower utilization to ensure aircraft maintenance schedules are met efficiently and safely.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Valid and current FAA Airframe and Powerplant license

This role is designed for experienced A&P licensed professionals who bring deep fuel systems expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and quality.

Supervisors report to the assigned Facility Manager or OCC Manager or Director and are responsible for directing maintenance activities and overseeing technicians who may be unfamiliar with fuel tank maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alteration tasks. Due to supervisory responsibilities, this position must meet qualification requirements under 14 CFR Part 145.153 and RSM Section 4.6.9.

Job Summary

The Aircraft Fuel Systems Maintenance Supervisor oversees aircraft fuel tank maintenance operations while ensuring regulatory compliance, proper documentation, technician training, and safe execution of all assigned tasks. This role provides direct supervision, technical guidance, and hands on leadership within a Part 145 repair station environment.

STS Aviation Services is hiring Lead Aircraft Interiors Technicians in Melbourne, Florida. 

Position Summary:

STS Aviation Services is seeking qualified Interiors Lead technicians, to join our overhaul and repair station in Melbourne, FL. These are direct full time positions, and are predominately working on the Airbus A320 and CRJ Aircraft.

Educational Background / Experience:

  • 4 years minimum experience working as an Interiors Technician, maintaining Commercial and/or large regional aircraft.  Comparable military experience is acceptable.
  • 2 years minimum experience, working as a Lead Interior  Technician or Supervisor
  • Valid A&P license is Preferred, but must have an “A” license at a minimum
