Skillset:

Schedule:

  • Manage all HR related matters with regards to maintenance operation in northern Spain
  • Manage recruitment and assist with payroll and tax compliance
  • Administer all matters related to Human Resources, in line with Spanish regulations
  • Reporting to Project Manager and General Manager

Requirements:

  • An above average ability to communicate in Spanish and English languages, both written and spoken
  • Relevant qualifications at a diploma or higher level in Human Recourses from a Spanish institute
  • Ability to demonstrate a full understanding of the labour laws, tax laws and other regulations with respect to Span and EU labour compliance
  • Willingness to work in a changing/developing environment where tam work is a must

Preferred:

  • Previous aerospace experience in Spain

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and certified Aircraft Fuel System Component Mechanics who have a strong background in aircraft maintenance. The successful candidate will be based in Ireland but will have the opportunity to travel globally to support our maintenance operations. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity and performance of aircraft fuel systems, contributing directly to the safety and efficiency of our clients’ fleets.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of validated experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on fuel system components.
  • Certification: Completion of an aircraft maintenance apprenticeship and current, valid certificates.
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the EU.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel globally as required for maintenance operations.
  • Skill Set: Proficient in component maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and occasional AOG recovery operations.

Schedule & Locations:

  • Component Maintenance: Perform maintenance on aircraft fuel system components, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Participate in regular maintenance schedules to keep aircraft in optimal condition.
  • AOG Recovery: Occasionally participate in Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery missions to ensure aircraft are quickly and safely returned to service.
  • Location: Based in Ireland with potential global travel to support various maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

This role is part of our Outer Rear Spar (ORS) program and presents an exciting opportunity for contractors looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Aircraft Maintenance & Certification: Perform and certify aircraft maintenance tasks within the scope of company approvals.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate team members in your assigned area, developing and overseeing daily work plans to meet project schedules.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track work progress against daily plans, providing regular briefings, guidance, and support to staff to ensure targets are met.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with management to proactively identify and address potential issues, providing solutions and next steps.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure the technical accuracy and compliance of all tasks under your supervision, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
  • Communication: Keep management informed of work progress, any potential delays, and proposed solutions for meeting targets.
  • Safety & Quality: Adhere to the Safety & Quality Management Plan (SQMP), actively participating in the workplace safety program and staying updated on new Technical and Quality Notices.

Skills & Experience

  • Certification: Part 66 B1 Licence required.
  • Preferred Qualification: Type rating on A380 is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a technician, with experience in modifications and working on live aircraft.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
  • Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the EU.
