STS Aviation Services Middle East is hiring B1 Licenced Engineers to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. Role and Responsibilities

  • Perform and certify maintenance activities within the scope of GACA Part 145 authorisation and company approvals
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate technicians within assigned work areas, ensuring efficient task allocation and compliance with daily work plans
  • Develop and manage daily maintenance schedules, ensuring timely aircraft delivery aligned with operational goals
  • Identify and mitigate potential delays, technical issues, or manpower constraints to maintain workflow and compliance
  • Liaise with management to provide status updates, highlight challenges, and propose corrective actions
  • Ensure accurate completion and sign-off of maintenance documentation, task cards, and work packages per GACA and company procedures
  • Participate in audits, investigations, and corrective actions required by Quality Assurance
  • Oversee the removal and installation of major components including landing gear, control surfaces, and engines
  • Support post-maintenance testing and acceptance inspections to confirm airworthiness and compliance

Skills and Experience

  • Valid GACA Part 66 B1 Licence with current GACA approval
  • Type-rated on one or more of the following aircraft: A320 / A330 / B787 / B777 (multiple type ratings preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance, with exposure to both line and base maintenance operations
  • Strong understanding of GACA regulations, airworthiness standards, and certification processes
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor multidisciplinary maintenance teams effectively
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support extended working hours or shifts as required
  • Proficient in maintenance management systems, technical documentation, and regulatory reporting tools

STS Aviation Services Middle East is hiring B2 Licenced Engineers in Saudi Arabia to join our expanding team. Role and Responsibilities

  • Perform and certify avionics maintenance, modifications, and testing activities in accordance with GACA Part 145 and company procedures
  • Coordinate and oversee avionics tasks performed by technicians and supervisors, ensuring compliance with approved data and work instructions
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting following installation, modification, or repair work, and certify aircraft as airworthy upon completion
  • Review, sign off, and release work packages in line with company and regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to avionics technicians to maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards
  • Ensure all maintenance and testing activities are properly documented, traceable, and compliant with GACA and company standards
  • Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations during maintenance and testing activities
  • Support system functional checks, fault isolation, and post-modification acceptance testing as needed
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and avionics issues when required

Skills and Experience

  • Valid GACA Part 66 B2 Licence with current GACA approval
  • Type-rated on at least one of the following aircraft: A320 / A330 / B787 / B777 (multiple type ratings preferred)

Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Follow Service Bulletins, AMM, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation to perform avionics modifications
  • Safely remove avionic equipment, ensuring all components are disconnected and stripped down correctly
  • Install complex wiring harnesses within shelves and panels according to technical specifications
  • Modify existing wiring systems to accommodate new installations and upgrades
  • Execute wiring terminations including soldering, crimping, and terminal connections

Position Summary

As an Aircraft Structures Technician, you will perform advanced modifications, repairs, and manufacturing of structural components on commercial and military aircraft. This position requires proven expertise in structural repair, composite work, and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Service Bulletins, AMM, SRM, and other engineering documentation to perform structural modifications
  • Restore or repair defects using aircraft fastening hardware, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, composites, adhesives, chemicals, paints, and textiles
  • Manufacture and install structural components for prototype projects
  • Fabricate original equipment, components, or replacement items from base metals using tools such as engine lathes and milling machines
  • Repair and fabricate structures using composites, fibreglass, textiles, leather, plastics, and synthetic materials
  • Remove major aircraft structural sections while stress jacked
  • Ensure compliance with company, health and safety, and airport procedures and regulations
  • Maintain a FOD-free work area and prepare all materials, parts, tools, and documentation before each shift
