Position Summary

The Analyst, Material Operations role focuses on three key areas: demand planning, inventory management, and process improvement. This position works cross-functionally to determine inventory needs, ensure reporting accuracy, and improve service level performance across aircraft material operations.

The Analyst will also develop and manage inventory tracking programs designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate on cross-functional teams to determine inventory needs based on planned demand
  • Analyze historical usage rates and component failure rates alongside Recommended Spares Provisioning Lists to determine optimal stocking levels and allocated spares
  • Minimize on-hand inventory while maintaining required service levels
  • Build team consensus on inventory requirements and decision-making processes for stocking level changes
  • Issue requisitions to buyers, answer questions, conduct reviews, and resolve open issues
  • Analyze existing inventory levels and open requisitions
  • Work with operations to manage changes in stocking levels
  • Develop processes to identify and track key metrics across the full inventory cycle
  • Gain consensus with operations on appropriate metrics and tracking processes
  • Review inventory management processes and gain alignment with Material Services teams
  • Review and improve cycle count processes to increase accuracy
  • Manage cycle count progress and track key performance metrics
  • Support operating groups in resolving supplier issues including commercial disputes, operational challenges, and communication gaps
  • Collaborate with operating teams to build action plans that improve inventory accuracy
  • Identify material operations processes that require redesign or enhancement to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Map current processes, identify weaknesses, and implement improved workflows
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of inventory levels
  • Maintain familiarity with training requirements as defined in Section 100.03 Maintenance Training for Maintenance Organization Personnel and ensure compliance prior to performing job functions
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Manager, Materials Operations and Inventory Control

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be available to work on site in Denver, Colorado
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field required
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, material planning, financial analysis, or related field
  • Experience sourcing airline goods and services preferred
  • Leadership or project management experience in supply chain operations or financial analysis preferred
  • Strongly preferred experience using AMOS and or TRAX systems for aircraft materials tracking and management
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Position Summary

The Buyer, AOG is responsible for supporting Maintenance with critical part requirements to fulfill variable demands that impact airline operations. This includes sourcing aircraft parts, initiating purchase orders, expediting existing orders, and coordinating logistics to meet immediate operational needs.

This position also supports inventory planning across the system to ensure internal customer requirements and service levels are consistently met.

Job Responsibilities

  • Continuous follow up to ensure supplier and delivery commitments are met.
  • Coordinate internal part movements.
  • Maintain detailed records including all pertinent information for each request.
  • Communicate updates through reports with various departments.
  • Act as a liaison between Purchasing, Stores, and the Maintenance Operations Control Center.
  • Proactively monitor loan and borrow activity, MEL, CDL, and NEF item activity, and other key departmental metrics.
  • Proactively review stocking and usage levels.
  • Evaluate inventory requirements and establish proper minimum, maximum, and EOQ levels.
  • Identify interchangeable parts and seek Engineering approval for use.
  • Update part catalog to ensure 100 percent accuracy.
  • Maintain familiarity with training requirements as defined in Section 100.03 Maintenance Training for Maintenance Organization Personnel and ensure training is current prior to performing job functions.
  • Perform all other duties as reasonably requested by the Senior Manager, Materials Management.

STS Technical Services is hiring Bilingual Shipping Supervisors in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

Job Description:

This role oversees and coordinates the shipment of materials, both outbound and inbound, on a daily basis.  The Shipping Supervisor ensures communication between shifts as well as communication with other departments on shipping status, inventory updates, and shipping metrics.  The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for the on-time and in full shipping of sales orders.  This role will work with HR to maintain accurate staffing levels for the shipping team on all shifts.  The Shipping Supervisor has day to day oversight of the Shipping Team and Shipping warehouse.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures sales orders and picking tickets are printed and distributed to shipping department.
  • Monitors shipping schedule and takes corrective actions to ensure on time and in full shipments for all sales orders.
  • Backs up to Logistics Coordinators and Shipping Lead as needed.
  • Communicates in both Spanish and English with second-shift and third-shift staff on a daily basis.
  • Compile freight costs into excel spreadsheets for purposes of reviewing freight costs by customer and carrier with management.
  • Work with planning and production departments to ensure schedules are being met to ensure all product groups are shipping on time.
  • Effectively supervise the Shipping production teammates in our union facility.  This includes interviewing and onboarding new teammates, teammate reviews and scheduling, establishing cross-training in the different areas of the shipping function, holding teammates accountable and working with HR to implement disciplinary action as needed.
  • Ensures the shipping teammates are properly trained in the jobs they are signed off in and that the shipping team is following the correct process, procedures and methods as well as following all company rules to work in a safe manner at all times.
  • Ensures scanning equipment/ERP is being used correctly on daily basis and that shipping/receiving scans are correct in the ERP system.
  • Ensures shipping team is completing paperwork correctly and is following the proper processes for paperwork.
  • Monitors ADP daily to approve paid time off, update and approve timecards, and record attendance per company policy.
  • Responsible for improving Shipping department for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for 5S of the shipping area and ensuring shipping staff is keeping warehouse at an acceptable level of cleanliness and organized by 5S standards.

The primary job duties will require you to to source and investigate staffing and engineering services opportunities in the aviation, defense, heavy industrial, and manufacturing market sectors nationwide. This direct-hire position offers lucrative salary and commission, cell phone reimbursement, and the opportunity to shape and implement program-level accounts in a rapidly-growing staffing organization with a unique approach to client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily outbound sales calls, both cold-calling and warm lead follow-up
  • Attend trade shows, develop marketing campaigns, and network both digitally and in person to pursue leads
  • Attend customer meetings to gather requirements, manage needs ,and maintain a working relationship
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained with current customers surrounding processes, staff augmentation, and other professional services
  • Oversee cost, schedule, and quality performance of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of standard company policies, procedures, and service offerings
  • Ensure records are maintained accordingly within applicable ATS and CRM systems
  • Research and understand local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations, or other policies as necessary in order to provide accurate quotes
  • Prepare quotes, presentations, contracts, and reports as needed
  • Mentor recruiters to ensure proper professional development
  • Manage recruiter adherence to internal policies, metrics, and quality of candidates presented to customers while working on your assigned accounts
  • Coordinate with other STS departments to ensure accurate processing of Payroll, Invoicing, and Accounts Receivable

Experience & Education:

  • Three to five years of prior sales or staffing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience selling services rather than products strongly preferred, especially engineering services
  • High sales ambitions, with the ability to take criticism and rejection constructively
  • Strong self-motivation and work ethic, with a drive to prospect relationships from cold calling
  • Polished and consultative phone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM and ATS systems preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

STS Technical Services is hiring a Customer Quality Auditor in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

The Customer Quality Auditor ensures that every Wacker Neuson machine leaving the facility meets strict quality standards and represents a “zero defects” mindset from the customer’s point of view. This role works across departments to review finished equipment, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit completed machines using standardized Excel scorecards, selecting random samples of equipment ready for shipment.
  • Review audit findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Perform and document Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) to ensure customer-ordered equipment meets shipping and quality requirements.
  • Partner with Logistics, Production, and Repair/Restore teams to coordinate efficient rework and meet shipping deadlines.
  • Conduct scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) on equipment in stock to maintain readiness for sales orders.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in construction equipment quality, production, or field operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, independence, and problem-solving ability.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with diverse teams.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and SAP.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow).
  • Willingness to work in loud environments (hearing protection required).
  • May operate Wacker Neuson equipment (training provided).
