This role supports a high-visibility Customer Center environment where presentation, precision, and professionalism are not optional. Position Summary

The Operations Concierge I is a trusted, autonomous professional responsible for the day to day operational readiness, property presentation, and customer-facing support of the Customer Center environment.

This role operates with low supervision and requires sound judgment, discretion, and accountability in high-visibility situations, including direct customer interaction, executive transportation, and coordination with Facilities and Janitorial partners. The role ensures that established maintenance and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld while applying judgment to real-world conditions that require prioritization and adaptation.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Experience Support:

  • Support customer activities and events through room setup, breakdowns, logistics support, and materials readiness.
  • Assist with customer departure support, including kits, gifts, meals, and materials.
  • Serve as a frontline representative during customer and leadership interactions, ensuring professionalism, discretion, and safety at all times.
  • Independently support customer logistics and on-site needs, applying judgment to resolve issues in real time.
  • Safely and professionally transport customers and senior leaders when required, exercising discretion and situational awareness, including during non-standard hours.

Property Presentation and Operational Readiness:

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of Customer Center buildings to assess cleanliness, maintenance conditions, and presentation against defined standards.
  • Identify gaps, document findings, and initiate service tickets with clear descriptions and follow-up.
  • Ensure assigned areas remain consistently customer-ready, anticipating upcoming activity and adjusting priorities accordingly.

Facilities and Janitorial Coordination:

  • Coordinate directly with Facilities and Janitorial teams to address maintenance and cleanliness needs within assigned scope.
  • Provide clear, respectful feedback to technical partners regarding observed gaps or required adjustments.
  • Monitor completion of work and validate outcomes against expected standards.

Fleet and Asset Support:

  • Support the upkeep and readiness of the Customer Center fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, compliant, and customer-ready.
  • Track assets, assist with inventory audits, and support transfers, installations, and disposals under established procedures.

Storage and Organization:

  • Apply Embraer P3E and 5S methodologies across storage and supply areas.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on forecasting of receivables to validate storage needs against available space.
  • Plan, mobilize, and organize storage areas effectively.
  • Lead quarterly organization rallies and coordinate efforts with facilities and focal points.
  • Ensure supply areas follow company 5S standards.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities or Property Management, Operations Management, or related fields preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications or technical training in facilities, hospitality, or operations are preferred.

Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in facilities coordination, property operations, hospitality, luxury environments, or similar operational settings.
  • Demonstrated experience working in high-visibility environments where cleanliness, presentation, safety, and customer interaction are critical.
  • Experience coordinating with technical partners such as Facilities, Janitorial teams, and vendors, with the ability to follow through independently.
  • Proven ability to operate with low supervision while managing multiple hands-on responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to independently assess conditions, identify gaps, and initiate corrective actions.

Position Overview

The Station Production Controller is responsible for managing daily and overnight maintenance production plans, monitoring station capability, and aligning manpower, tooling, and materials with operational demand. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and control station production schedules and resource allocation to meet safety and operational objectives
  • Create, maintain, and update the Line Status Sheet Report
  • Direct operational staff regarding workflow priorities, procedures, and task sequencing
  • Lead and participate in daily operational and production meetings
  • Maintain and manage daily and overnight maintenance schedules aligned with fleet routing and commercial requirements

  • Ensure required parts, tooling, manpower, consumables, and access equipment are available ahead of maintenance events
  • Monitor aircraft arrival and departure times, gate and stand constraints, and ground handling availability
  • Sequence and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize aircraft downtime
  • Maintain accurate station capability data including skills, tooling, manpower hours, and shift coverage
  • Liaise with Maintenance Control Center, Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve resource constraints
  • Analyze production capacity, demand forecasts, and operational needs to proactively adjust staffing and priorities
  • Monitor planned versus available man hours and recommend adjustments as needed
  • Maximize downtime opportunities for defect resolution and communicate priority changes
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and on time performance
  • Ensure compliance with airworthiness directives, service bulletins, maintenance program tasks, and internal procedures
  • Support out of service aircraft routing, recovery planning, and deviation management
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on station production and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the airline industry
  • Wide body aircraft experience strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree in aviation maintenance, engineering, or related field preferred
  • Current and valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations, aircraft maintenance programs, and MEL and CDL procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret AMMs, IPCs, wiring diagrams, task cards, and engineering documents
  • Experience working on transport category aircraft
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital maintenance manuals

The Lead Pilot oversees a team of base pilots while continuing to perform line pilot duties. This role ensures compliance with FAA regulations, operational procedures, and company safety programs while supporting pilot development and base level operational efficiency.

Aircraft and Operational Details

Compensation

  • Sign On Bonus: Up to $75,000

Lead Pilot Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop base pilots under the direction of the Air Medical Base Supervisor and Operations Management
  • Ensure pilot staff maintain the knowledge and skills required to safely operate aircraft per FAA regulations and the General Operations Manual (GOM)
  • Coordinate scheduling, vacation coverage, and operational status reporting
  • Approve bonus and expense vouchers while auditing routine base bills
  • Participate in safety meetings and maintain compliance with Safety Management System and Destination Zero initiatives
  • Support community outreach programs and maintain strong customer service relationships
  • Maintain accurate and timely paperwork, reports, and operational communications

Line Pilot Responsibilities

  • Operate Bell 407 helicopter for air medical transport missions
  • Assist with patient and equipment loading as required
  • Maintain safe, efficient, and professional flight operations under a 24 hour mission schedule

Minimum Qualifications
