Welcoming Nadalia Haita to the STS Technical Services Team

Meet Nadalia (1)

Finding the “right” employee isn’t always easy… even as one of the top 100 staffing firms in the country. But when we interviewed Nadalia Haita for an open Technical Recruiter position at our headquarter office in Brookfield, Wisconsin, the process couldn’t have gone smoother.

From the moment we reviewed her resume to the moment we offered her the position, Nadalia seemed to check all of the boxes. She’s smart, educated, experienced, fun to be around, honest and hardworking. And if those attributes don’t make for the perfect hire, we’re not really sure what does.

Nadalia’s first day with STS Technical Services was this past Monday, February 15, 2021. And since much of our team is still working remotely, they haven’t had the chance to meet Nadalia formally, so we decided to ask her three questions and share those responses inside of this post; our fourth in the “Meet the Team” series that we kicked off a few short weeks ago.

Question 1: Tell us a little about your professional background, education and / or experience?

I graduated in December of 2020 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Psychology. I have roughly two years of recruiting and human resources experience working for smaller companies, so I am really excited to be a part of the STS Technical Services’ family where I hope to expand my skill set.

Questions 2: What do you like to do for fun when you are not working?

I love being outdoors! Specifically, I love to go camping, hiking, boating, snowboarding… really, anything outside makes me happy. I also have two dogs that keep me plenty busy; a golden retriever puppy and a husky/malamute (pictured above).

Question 3: If you could be any superhero, which superhero would you be and why?

Honestly, I would probably be Spider Man because I could shoot my webs off to grab stuff when I am too lazy. Sometimes, I act like I am shooting my webs off at home, but then my boyfriend just laughs, shakes his head, and goes to get it for me (lol).
