Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Use hand and pneumatic tools including wrenches, hammers and torque guns
  • Measure parts and components accurately using tape measures

  • Identify required options and assembly requirements
  • Lift and stack subassemblies and parts weighing up to 35 pounds independently

Job Summary

The Electrical Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical defects while supporting the assembly and inspection of vehicle systems and components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety procedures, rules, and proper 6S standards; use best practices to follow all safe procedures in assembling and testing of all products in assigned job function
  • Ability to interpret and process information through interaction with the MES System, including performing required tasks and confirming results
  • Read and interpret wiring schematics
