In this role, you will support machining maintenance in a CNC environment while helping keep production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a hands on maintenance position for technicians with at least two years of CNC machine maintenance experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain various CNC machines, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other production equipment
  • Maintain asset reliability to a high standard
  • Use a CMMS to enable efficient maintenance and repair operations
  • Perform equipment lubrication, filter changes, and standard preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot equipment in machine breakdown situations
  • Identify and report any faults or damage to machines, guarding, or tooling
  • Work closely with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failure

Responsibilities:

Skills Required

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the RFQ (Request for Quote) process and experience interfacing with vendors.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Ability to drive a personal vehicle between various area facilities (mileage compensation provided).
