Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain various CNC machines, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other production equipment
  • Maintain asset reliability to a high standard
  • Use a CMMS to enable efficient maintenance and repair operations
  • Perform equipment lubrication, filter changes, and standard preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot equipment in machine breakdown situations
  • Identify and report any faults or damage to machines, guarding, or tooling
  • Work closely with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failure

Responsibilities:

Process Development and Oversight
