Position Overview

The Helicopter Pilot supports air medical transport missions under CAMTS guidelines. Pilots conduct day and night missions and are responsible for the safe, compliant execution of all assigned flights while maintaining strict adherence to company procedures and safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities

STS Technical Services is hiring Painters in Springtown, Texas, to support industrial painting and finishing operations in a manufacturing environment.

This hands-on role is responsible for applying primers, paints and protective coatings using electrostatic, air-assist and other automotive-style painting equipment. The Painter will also prepare surfaces, mix coatings, maintain paint equipment and inspect finished work to ensure quality requirements are met.

Position Overview

The Painter applies paint and coatings to manufactured products while supporting surface preparation, equipment maintenance and finishing operations.

This position requires previous automotive, industrial or heavy equipment painting experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to work safely with paint equipment, chemicals and required respiratory protection.

Responsibilities

  • Apply primer, paint and touch-up coatings using spray equipment and brushes
  • Mask and unmask parts according to specifications
  • Prepare surfaces through sanding, washing and conditioning
  • Perform light bodywork when required
  • Disassemble, clean and maintain painting equipment
  • Maintain pumps, heaters, tanks, spray guns and related equipment
  • Flush tanks and paint lines during color changes
  • Mix paints to achieve required color accuracy, viscosity and consistency
  • Perform titrations and adjust chemicals as required for paint and related processes
  • Apply decals, stencils and rust-proofing as required
  • Inspect work before, during and after painting
  • Perform coating thickness and gloss checks
  • Transport parts and materials using tuggers, forklifts, overhead cranes or manual carts
