This role is hands-on, technical, and mission-critical. Role Overview:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex electrical and avionics systems on corporate jet aircraft. You’ll work directly with aircraft wiring, panels, systems, and avionics components—ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

  • Remove and install panels, components, interiors, and avionics systems
  • Bundle and install wiring connectors with precision
  • Remove outdated wiring and install new wire bundles according to specs
  • Troubleshoot and evaluate avionics systems as needed
  • Perform inspections on aircraft and avionics components
  • Assist with aircraft movement and hangar positioning

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with electrical and avionics systems on corporate jet aircraft
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of formal electronics or avionics training
  • Strong understanding of FARs 43, 65, 91, 135, and 145
  • Must meet airport security clearance requirements (AOA badge eligibility)
  • Ability to read, interpret, and execute work based on technical documentation

Preferred Experience:

  • Corporate jet experience on platforms like Learjet, Citation, Hawker, Gulfstream, Falcon, or similar
  • Previous experience with aircraft wire routing, troubleshooting, or integration
  • General maintenance background in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station

Role Overview:

The Senior Aircraft Mechanic performs inspections, testing, repairs, and other maintenance-related work on airframe and engine systems. This role also supports documentation compliance and takes a leadership role in aircraft projects under the direction of a Crew Chief or Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a range of aircraft systems and components
  • Reference manufacturer technical documentation to execute tasks with precision and accuracy
