  • Significant experience in rigorous electronics design with thorough analysis and testing (aerospace preferred but not required)
  • Expertise in digital and mixed-signal electronics, including signal integrity, FPGAs, ADCs/DACs, and telemetry subsystems
  • Experience with high-speed digital (10+ Gbps SerDes) and SDR applications preferred
  • Proven experience owning design phases, including trade studies, part selection, and detailed design
  • Demonstrated success delivering hardware designs through production and deployment
  • Expertise in PCB layout, including HDI stack-up design and high-speed routing
  • Experience with signal integrity and power integrity simulation tools (Ansys SIwave, ADS SIPro, or Mentor Hyperlynx)
  • Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and design review experience

Position Summary:

STS Aviation Services is seeking qualified Interiors Lead technicians, to join our overhaul and repair station in Melbourne, FL. These are direct full time positions, and are predominately working on the Airbus A320 and CRJ Aircraft.  We are also now offering substantial bonuses to qualified candidates.

Educational Background / Experience:

  • 4 years minimum experience working as an Interiors Technician, maintaining Commercial and/or large regional aircraft.  Comparable military experience is acceptable.
  • 2 years minimum experience, working as a Lead Interior  Technician or Supervisor
  • Valid A&P license is Preferred, but must have an “A” license at a minimum
  • Must be willing and able to work whatever shift and schedule is required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain an airport license
