The Role

You will own the Epicor ERP platform end to end. That includes performance, adoption, scalability, and business impact.

You will work directly with leadership across engineering, supply chain, and finance. You will remove inefficiencies, eliminate manual workarounds, and align system capabilities with how the business operates.

Success here is measurable. Better planning. Cleaner data. Fewer spreadsheets. Real adoption.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the Epicor ERP platform, including system performance, adoption, and scalability
  • Define and execute the Epicor roadmap based on business impact and ROI
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align system capabilities with operational needs
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement system-driven solutions
  • Lead deployment and optimization of MRP, planning, and shop floor execution
  • Establish and enforce data integrity standards across BOMs, routings, inventory, and costing
  • Consolidate workflows into Epicor, reducing reliance on manual processes and spreadsheets
  • Provide direction and validation for system configuration, reporting, and enhancements
  • Establish governance for system changes, prioritization, and release cycles
  • Drive user adoption through training alignment, process standardization, and continuous improvement

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Epicor ERP experience
  • Experience owning or leading ERP systems or platforms
  • Hands-on experience with BOMs, routings, costing, and production workflows
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional manufacturing processes
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into system-driven solutions
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives

Preferred Experience

  • Experience implementing or improving MRP and planning processes
  • Exposure to Epicor customizations or integrations

Epicor Functional Experience

  • Manufacturing and production including job tracking scheduling and shop floor execution
  • Inventory and MRP including material planning demand signals and inventory control
  • Purchasing and supply chain including procurement workflows and supplier coordination
  • Order management including order entry fulfillment and delivery
  • Engineering and BOM management including part structures and engineering changes
  • Cost accounting including job costing and operational impact
  • Quality including inspection processes and nonconformance tracking
  • Reporting and analytics including BAQs dashboards and KPI visibility
  • Understanding of method directives BAQs dashboards and Kinetic customizations

Position Overview

Key Duties & Responsibilities
