Position Summary

The Master Scheduler plays a key role in coordinating schedules, inventory, and resource planning across departments. You will help ensure production efficiency and customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement in planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams
  • Align schedules and resources with customer requirements
  • Manage raw material inventory based on current and projected demand
  • Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontractor services
  • Integrate sales orders and planning jobs into a master schedule
  • Maintain and revise the master distribution schedule as production needs change

Qualifications

  • Two-year technical degree required; four-year degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a scheduling or planning role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and business operations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with production planning systems; EPICOR ERP experience highly preferred
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
