Job Summary

Provide guidance, direction, and support to departmental staff and internal and external customers. Act as a liaison between departments and business units while ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining financial accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process invoices by providing timely and accurate verification and processing of customer payments and invoice distribution
  • Work to resolve problems for internal and external customers and connect individuals with the appropriate resources for resolution
  • Perform detailed research on supplier account concerns or discrepancies
  • Process domestic and international payments including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
  • Manage payment runs, stop payments, voids, and new supplier setup
  • Scan and maintain supplier invoices and supporting documentation
  • Ensure proper accounting treatment so the General Ledger accurately reflects transactions
  • Apply internal controls and policies to maintain proper segregation of duties and protect company assets
  • Maintain familiarity with accounts payable processes and standard accounting practices
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines and quotas
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounts payable experience using computerized accounting software or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley Act Section 404 is a plus

This position is limited to Class B and Class C welds only. Class A welding is not permitted in this role.

Job Summary

The Heliarc Welder position focuses on TIG welding light-gauge aerospace components in a production environment. Welders must meet all company, customer, and government certification requirements and maintain strict quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble and weld aerospace components in accordance with engineering drawings, customer requirements, and company standards
  • Set up and operate manual and mechanized welding equipment
  • Perform production welding using GTAW TIG processes
  • Interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and technical specifications
  • Perform welding assignments at acceptable quality and productivity levels

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or trade school welding certificate, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum six months of TIG GTAW welding experience on light-gauge materials ranging from .010 inches to .250 inches
  • Demonstrated certification experience welding stainless steel and nickel alloys

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and work orders
  • Proficiency with manual and mechanized welding equipment, including circumferential positioners and longitudinal seamers
  • Ability to set up weld tooling and fixtures
  • Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures
  • Ability to work within tight tolerances
  • Capable of performing welding tasks with minimal supervision after training

  • Travel as necessary to support fleet readiness and maintenance coverage
  • Perform additional aircraft maintenance duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
  • Minimum two years of experience as a certified aircraft mechanic
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to pass a physical exam, drug screening, and background check
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds when required

Preferred Skills

  • Sheet metal repair experience
  • Avionics troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice
  • Willingness to work night shifts when maintenance schedules require

Schedule and Location

  • Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off
  • Base Location: Bay City, Texas
  • Candidates must live within 60 miles or one hour of the assigned base
  • Travel between bases may be required

STS Technical Services is hiring Aircraft Interiors Technicians (Back Shop) in La Vergne, Tennessee.

Hiring Note: This position is will be working in our client’s Back Shop in La Vergne, TN.  First day of reporting and training will still be in Nashville and then you will go to La Vergne after that to work. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform Interior repair using fiberglass, bondo, two-part bonding, tedlar, interior composites, in a shop environment.
  • Repair or replace Galleys, Seats, Carpet, Lavatories, Overhead Bins, Windows, Trim, Moon Mats, Accessories.
  • Perform lay-ups
  • Fabricate parts as required and repair parts as needed using hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Test the performance and quality of installed items.
  • Keep records and ensure documentation is signed.

Qualifications:

  • Personal tools required.
  • US Drivers license.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug test.
