Position Overview

As a Technical Operations Support Assistant, you will provide critical administrative and documentation support by reviewing, organizing, and uploading aircraft part records into internal systems. This role plays an important part in ensuring documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance during the aircraft parts sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull and review paperwork related to aircraft parts being prepared for sale
  • Organize, scan, and prepare documentation for upload
  • Upload documents to SharePoint, FTP sites, and other internal platforms
  • Work closely with Analysts to ensure all required records are complete and accurate
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Communicate with team members to resolve missing or incomplete documentation

  • Maintain flexibility in shift scheduling, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of heavy aircraft structures experience (transport-category aircraft)
  • Experience with non-porous metals: aluminum, titanium, stainless steel
  • Demonstrated ability with close-tolerance structural repairs and tooling
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering documents, and technical manuals
  • Familiarity with shop math and general aviation maintenance practices

  • Notes data, number of hours charged to card, and number of established budget hours.
