Who is Matt Hanson? Outside of being our newest Technical Recruiter in Wisconsin, he is a hard-working father of two who likes to ride mountain bikes, climb corporate ladders and watch the occasional Superman movie.

Tell us a little about your professional background, education and / or experience?
I’ve been in staffing for a little over 17 years. I started in general labor and eventually progressed to where I am now recruiting for technical roles.
What do you like to do for fun when you are not working?
I have a 3-year old and 6-year old daughter so I a lot of my time outside of work is spent with them. In the rare occasion I do have some time to myself I like to go ride the local mountain bike trails.
If you could be any superhero, which superhero would you be and why?
Superman because of his multitude of superpowers!
